how did you know that your UL speed is capped to 10MB/s?

Because my upload is only 1.0-1.1 mb/s !!?!?!??!!:mellow:
And i never said i my up was capped to 10 MB/s . i said it was capped at 10 mbps.. (Bytes/ bits)
