It's a HD board with many encoders. They mainly do "m-HD" encodes but there are 'true' 720p/1080 rips there too (even Mvids/TV shows)

hd-unit3d is very good
there's also x264-bb . . .

hd-bb have open registration quite often

HD-BB is currently open registration.

x264-bb is nice but is down at the moment
