very little chance of getting a virus on bittorrent, you should run a AV all the time anyway, just to be safe, but its allot easier to get a virus on kazza I'm sorry to say
I can seem to watch that "Video Log" the Chief picks up before "The Flood". It has this big chunk of black in the middle, but the lower and upper halfs are perfectly clear. Is this normal? Anyone know what part i'm talking about?
I've already downloaded the 1.2 patch (actually the problem was worse before that patch, but i'm not sure if it's fixed yet)
nvm.. not sure what i did (i was messing with the Vsnyc.. Res..etc
Somehow i fixed it. Now i could actually watch it. Wew, back to the game
Btw, for people who havnt played this yet.. it may look childish at first, but you have to fight something WORSE later on.. The game throws hundreds and hundreds of these suckers at you while half of them are pretty tough. (by saying these suckers.. i dont mean the Covanen at all)

I'm having trouble hosting a server on halo. I am able to connect to other servers (using abu's method) but I can't seem to create a server. When I click create Internet game in multiplayer, I can choose all the settings and stuff, and it even loads the map, but no one ever joins the game. This leads me to belive that players can't see it on the server list, or can't connect for whatever reason. I'm behind a linksys router, and the game is displaying my LAN IP (192.168.1.123) and not my ISP IP (68.xxx.xx). I don't know if I need to forward ports or anything, or if it just can't be done behind a router. Thanks for any help.
Did anyone have an answer to this? I have the same problem.
Ahhh, this game ended too fast. Now i gatta get an Xbox emulator so i can play Halo 2 with crappy emu graphics sometimes.
