the best way to get single music tracks

Can't really find single music tracks,promo cds that are not on any albums yet. New songs that just came out on the radio or on a mixtape.?

for single tracks I use Ares ( http://aresgalaxy.sourceforge.net/ ) and emule. Sometimes Google

are there any simple options for getting singles in flac or other lossless formats?
