Would you listen to music in a language you didn't understand?

I would listen. Especially with those great tempo and beats :D As long as its cool I would go for it :)

I do it all the time. I listen to a lot of Asian music, I also listen to a few French songs.

I rarily listen to Rammstein and I don't know German.

Absolutely. Sometimes I wish I knew what certain foreign language band's lyrics were but overall it doesn't stop me from listening.

I like doing that. For me it works with japanese, korean and arabic music ;)
