No, my "partner" said the contract was already null and void for failing to meet my "obligations". Which is stupid because there was nothing specific in the contract and no failure standards. I'm not sure based on his public posts that there 'was' no intention to not complete the contract, and if that means he won't pay, but the amount owed is still far more than any damage I did. (and I still maintain this gave him the jolt required to make certain changes, changes which I suggested he do almost a year ago...) In retrospect I could have handled it much better, both with the contract, and with the incidents preceding him 'firing' me, and then the actions I took to try rectify it. Live and learn eh.

Well, I *was* pulsedmedia. Aleksi got all his initial install scripts, setup information, and configuration from me. Along with customers, servers, and plans. Till the contract was completed regardless of the growth or changes in the company since then I still have as much rights as I did at the start, that being everything was mine.
