I think their homepage's subtitle says it all: "Max upload size is 10 GB & files expire after 48 hours". After the shut down of DropCanvas (which offered similar functionality but with multiple files per link and a customizable time limit), it was the second best thing I could find.
I assume there was some security on who could access it like Google Drive, that you had to be invited??
And i always thought FTP was actually the best or at least for it's time for invited people to access files etc...:idunno:..
Before i actually joined Usenet and started to do it on my own that is what i did with a friend of mine.....

Not unless you consider giving others the download link an invitation.

FTP is good once you know how to make it work behind a NAT and add encryption. Using a tiny HTTP server like CivetWeb or Caddy is another idea. In either case, set nonstandard ports and password-protect all accounts, or botnets will rape your server within minutes. More complicated than dragging a file to Google Drive and copying a link, but you'll be the captain of your own ship ;)
Given your connection speed and this sorrow about not being able to share large files, I'm surprised you don't self-host more often.

Truth Anon, i only did it because i didn't want to give out NZB links to my private sites i pay for;), again i was just being myself and my good nature to help out people that wanted movies or shows that couldn't get them..... So Google Drive was the best bet to keep control on the people i chose to access, that's all....
Just because you see my view of Politics here has nothing to do with helping people out, again i don't care what other people think, it is not going to change my life, so i never really refuse to help out people if i can... You are the same:hug:...
Again you get like 15gigs of storage free right, so it just makes it difficult to send down complete 4k movie as you know , so if it was requested i will send the RAR files but i will never jeopardize my memberships, and yes there is code in the NZB they can trace, and people have been banned from the better NZB sites...
I respect there policies and will never do anything to break there rules;)...
When it come to setting up my own FTP server or something like it?? Truly i am not interested......
For what it costs to join a truly good NZB site (And no disrespect ,Cabby and the crew do a good job here:)), sooner or later they should pay for there own;)
Re: Best website for file sharing
Summary: it's Google Drive, take it or leave it.

I am using Google Drive now a days. Try it.
Re: Best website for file sharing
Making a torrent is a great option. But if not that google, dropbox, mega are all good options but it really depends on what you want to host on it.

Dropbox:
Dropbox is another popular file sharing service that offers free and paid plans. You can upload and share video files of up to 2GB in size, and you can also give others permission to access your files.
Thanks.
