I can tell you i have blown many center channel and L/R main speakers :whistling, the cones have literately sucked right in or they piston has seized or better yet the cone has completely dislodged from the magnet, or just completely shorted the circuit board, set it on fire:01:
It was always fun shaking the walls in the house at 3am in the morning;)
