Didnt understand that really. The fan has a square then circle then another square... how do you fit that into a cirle?

Do you realize that you have spent nearly an entire page trying to figure out how to mount a fan?

Maybe you could make your fan board out of fiberglass board (circuit board material) ? That way you could even insert in into the PCI slot as a support.
That was the plan from the beggining. We were gona cut off most of the card but leave the connectors for support and stuff. Im prob gona use some old modem or Gcard

dude, moding a 9500 pro to a 9700 pro will need serious cooling and other stuff. a heatpipe cooler might not even do the trick. just go and buy a 9700 proQuote:

Yeah, too bad I just bought a 9500Pro. Also I think putting a big fan right in front of the GPU and blowing on it will definently lower temps. I wont try to get it to a 9700 or even close though. I dont plan to overclock it anyway.
