What matters is HOW it works.

never i stole it from a school computer...the ppl uninstall windows xp and install windows 98.. :blink:
weird ppl at my skool lol but the cd key works...

Its never been used, but XP was uninstalled off the computer...therefor it had been used..right?

So between powercolor and Ati Radeon theres no performance difference?? then what are you paying extra for in the radeon? just the name??
if it's money ur worried about and u want decent/good performance. go with a 9700 pro. but if u can wait and u want the best. wait another 4 months and get a 9900 pro. u'll own!!!
