Too much, but all I can get is this crap Time Warner Cable in my area :(

I pay $54.95 a month for a 15Mbit down/1 Mbit up package. They have something called speed boost for downloads that temporarily boosts your download rate for the first few seconds of a download. I get up to double my normal download speed with it but it doesn't last long enough at all to be worthwhile.

Well the speeds here in Sweden are good but I pay relatively much for my broadband. In some places you can get 100/100 Mbit for about $8 :naughty:

Looking at a complete package here for 100.00 bucks a month . Includes HD box , 15mb internet and most of the specialty channels like HD sports and some movie channels .

It is expensive but we entertain at home more so it's a trade off I guess , as I burn a lot of movies .

Should add Delta cable is one of the few ISP that throttles my uploads so I think it's worth it .

70 bucks a month for 7mb/s dl and 1mb/s ul. I don't like my isp, it's a rip off.

Then again it's never been "safe" to share files in Sweden :) The upcoming Ipred law can't do anything. It'll only let some rich companies find some poor bastards to sue because they've downloaded 4 movies from Piratebay.

24/1 Mbits €40 (~$53)

It's a very stable service, very rarely fails (and when it does usually after just a moment it comes back with a restart of the modem), and unlimited bandwidth is offered as a promotion for the first three years.

100Mbits has arrived here for ~€60, but I think it's misleading ads campaigning and I'm sure to get that speed you need to pay in excess of 60. Moreover, the speed is available in a very limited area so far.
