What's the difference between them ? How can I save any userbar of the second type ?

You may be having issues saving PNG files if you're using IE.

Those ncore bars have been posted half a dozen time I'm sure, but I don't put animated bars with the rest as the page can take a long time to load.

Any user is free to use any userbar (except the RtS one) from my signature as they please. Obviously, you should only show them off if you're a member of that tracker.
