Hope it helps. My friend is usually pretty good at avoiding BS health remedies, and I will give it a shot the next time I have heartburn- which, luckily, isn't very often.
Heartburn is usually acid reflux, i.e. burping up stomach acid. Vinegar is acetic acid diluted in water (still acidic). With those two pieces of info, vinegar is the last thing I'd want to put down my esophagus. Stick with antacids.Quote:
