I have 2 Mbits/sec download and i max out at 256 Kbytes/sec :(
4MB UL yet only 256k UL.
And I think UL matters even more that DL speed, so, my ISP simply SUXX :(

This is the result of my speed test. Tell you the truth, I don't think my connection gets that far. In private trackers I download at 250kbps. Public trackers an average of 80kbps. Not that fantastic but manageable.:dry:
