NO. Swedvdr wont go down. Have you seen anybody offered it? That tells alot. If nobody offer swedvdr, it shouldn't go down neither.
I've seen few request here asking it, but the haven't get it because nobody don't want to give them here. Of course there's couple user who wants to trade invites, but that doesn't make the rarity lower. Here's something like 1000 users and if there's maybe 2 invites offered, i think it's still rarer that lower levels.
