in other news, i r building a media centre.

this is the case wot i bought, gonna put an intel mini-itx board in it with an integrated atom processor, no fan just a heatsink and then maybe a slot loading optical drive and think i might have it boot off a small SSD drive and have just a seperate large 2.5 sata for all my media :eyebrows:
trying to decide what linux distro to use though, either boxee or xmbc i think... :eyebrows:

I built one about 8 months ago with this. It's been top notch. No complaints at all. Streams about 95% of 1080 stuffs I steal from the internets. Every once in a while I download a BluRay that it has troubles with so I get a different copy.Quote:

tempted to try and boot off an SD card ewesing a SATA to SD converter, i like the idea of having my entire OS on a little SD card :mushy:
