I'm very honest when i say i have nothing against any tracker but some trackers treating their members badly and i hate it.
I can't keep my mouth shut.IF i was a part of tracker like that i would talk to the staff and argue about it.But for the trackers i'm not a member in them.The only way to talk about it is here.So that's why i'm talking about these issues.
Yes,trackers belong to their owner but they also belong to their members.
or the owners can ban all the members and make the trackers for themselves.
There is no double standards,If it happens in one of my favorite trackers.i'll talk to the admins and the sysops about it.And if their decision i dislike i'll leave the tracker.
But thank god.The trackers i'm a member in respect their members and themselves.

there is no clause in tracker rules that states a tracker has to be operated democratically....people can do whatever the fuck they want

We cant please everyone all of the time, only some of the members some of the time.

which basically means, You might hate something we do, but another member may love it, or vice versa, but is that a reason for you to leave that tracker, or the other member to leave that tracker, i think not.

the whole thing is, Everyone thats a member of a tracker, is breaking the law, downloading and uploading copywrited material, so if everyone is breaking the law anyway, how can we expect everyone to abide by our rules and FAQ (trackers in general i mean)

it just will never happen where 100% of the members are happy, and play by the rules, its just impossible to expect that.

No one is asking the tracker staff to make all the members all the time happy.Logically it can't be done
What i'm talking about is tracker staff should be fair and just.should listen to their members and help them.not ban them for no reason.not kick them from support channels.not being arrogant and act like kids.
When we see many threads are being made daily about a tracker and we see hundreds of members of such tracker shouting from anger and mis-treatment that they faced from their tracker staff.I guess there is something wrong in the mentality of the people who runs this tracker.
Cause hundreds of people can't be wrong.
I admire you stoj.even if i disagree with you sometimes but you know what's best for your tracker and you do it and we never saw a member of your tracker came here asking for help or wonder why he was mistreated and this what i called success.

Yeah they're tranfering everything over to gazelle (or whatever) so everybody's torrents are red
