all i know is the 90% of all CT pre's are better than SCT, its rare that sct will beat CT in pres and i said rating should go up in pre times not speed. Speed of course is SCT always.

FTWR should be level 5. Even thou ScT is better then all level 4.5 tracker, this ranking is about rarity. FTWR should go up to level 5 and ScT to level 4.5.
