yuh this torrent bytes when you go on n click sign up it does allow you to fill everything out but at the end you see a message stating sign ups aren't available, How stupid.
I am sure there are other sights better i was trying to get on just to see if its as good as tl ipt or others but oh, well.

They only open when inactive users are pruned, and you can imagine that when they do so, you won't be the only one trying to get in, so you have to be fast.

I don't think you're losing much if you're at TL and IPT, anyway (except maybe the packs).
