I spoke to him today though and he has been passing the time limbo dancing :D

I think he was banned on the 8th of last month.

given a month is between 28 and 31 days a good working average would be about 29.5 days.

Two months = 59 days.

Only 41 days have passed. :(

But given Sam has complied 100% with this suspension and has taken steps to ensure a non-repitition of the circumstances leading up to the ban then I think that perhaps admin might take a lenient view in this case.

So he is still under suspension. :smilie4:

I think under the cicumstances Sam should be reinstated. It is unlikely that this would happen again.
