i think the occassional timeouts are due to simultaneous announcing my many users. So in that case one should not keep hogging the servers :D

Access is erratic and there's no reply from the owner, but it was up some days ago. I think it's a bit too early to say it has shut down. Unless you got the word from a reliable source.

My torrents were still seeding until yesterday, but have since stopped. Sorry I can't be of more help.
