well the way i see it is, if they are going to get us, then they are going to get us wether we are closed or not, Oink was closed but they had been in there for ages, allegedally.
I just think a totally closed tracker is boring, remember we were totally closed for months, so i would rather enjoy myself a bit by getting members in, than worry about getting taking down any second, and if we do get took down, then im not going to think, damn, might as well have opened up and enjoyed it, than being totally closed and not enjoying it.
keeping a specialized tracker totally closed is hard work, because there are not that many realeases, and the stuff thats on there, everyone has got anyway, a tracker with everything may get 200 new releases a day, we may be lucky to get 200 a month.

I concur, TB is excellent and easily one of the best Level 2 sites, basically has anything level 3-5 trackers do, but also very good Packs.
