Users get 4 leech slots, anything above get 12.
Warned users only get 1.
200 gigs uploaded = no leech slots restrictions.

Members for more than 2 weeks that have downloaded more than 9 GB, and fail to reach these requirements will get a warning:

Downloaded between 9 and 18 GB: 0.3 ratio
Downloaded between 18 and 36 GB: 0.4 ratio
Downloaded between 36 and 54 GB: 0.5 ratio
Downloaded between 54 and 104 GB: 0.6 ratio
Downloaded more than 104 GB: 0.7 ratio

Warned members will have 14 days to get their ratio up to the required amount, failure to do so will result in a ban.
All people that meet the requirements will have their warning removed.
Severe leechers will get banned without a warning.

i see that PT has moved to level 6 ,TS-Trackers gained a + and Bitmetv lost his +. This means that the past week or so the rating was wrong ? Did something changed since yesterday for this changes to take place ? This thread is really losing any the little sense it has left ...
