corey i think that u should have added ST&SCC to your poll as well...
they both have great pre times :)

RevTT, TL, FL, and SCC seem to have the fastest pre times that I have access too

There's actually data on this if u know the right irc channels (which I don't) From time to time I hear uploaders and admins comparing stats of sites over the past weeks/months.
