I wouldn't think 1000 time before I trade it, since SCN is a shitty tracker with only 400 torrents, and I don't care if I loose it. I would trade my SCN account, but I got it from a giveaway, so it wouldn't be fair to trade it. I will let my account be deleted for inactivity, since I don't use it.

I am not at this site and have no reason to join it so I haven't rated it but realistically who would want to join SCN when there are dozens of other sites that have so much more to offer. Just because there are limited invites this does not necessarily make the site any more alluring.

If Pisexy, SCC, WB, TB and PotUK are only level 3 then I can't see how you could possibly rate SCN any higher than these. Remember it is also about demand and not just rarity.

if the tracker Contain 1 torrent and none user have it , so it should be level 10 !!!

Level 4, then let it mature into something higher (or lower) as the case maybe, automatic invites just for uploading some GB will make invites easy in the not too distant future, then it will not be so rare.
