Sorry but why would different staff from different sites say your a cheater I could maybe belive it if you got banned from 1 site

I think he only cheated on one site, but the tracker's staff told a bunch of other tracker's staffs and they mass banned his IP. I think.

It would be interesting to know which site he cheated on, and which tracker staffs work together in these sorts of situations.

Cheated once, that´s more than enough.
And yes, I totally agree with being blacklisted and banned from all known trackers and those that still don´t exist, even from RapidShare and FST as well.
IFand only if he did really cheated and that can be proved.
But stoi said he had admitted it, in that case... no mercy.
