Don't really like medical tv series, but scrubs is funny.
house is the most informative and very difficult to reach diagnosis
as the cases is very rare
grey is just drama touch medical field
scrubs fight between internal medicine and surgeons

House for seriousness, Scrubs for comedy. /end
I guess it's a testament to Hugh Laurie that House is so popular.
It certainly can't be the writing, every episode is exactly the same, only varying in the level of ludicrousity (I made up a word!).
