Best cleaner/optimizer

I'm using CCleaner everyday.
Lately, I'm using this one, too:

yea ccleaner is just fine and fast it clears most content easily

Using CClean daily is pretty useless since it only cleans temp files, nothing important or speed improving -_-

CClean is really good :)
