Switch to an alternative DNS service if you haven't done so already, and restart your router/modem and PC. That may help.
changed dns service.. didnt help.. have to restart my pc .. i guess.

I'd say that if after all you've tried plus running that tool you still can't access those sites, it's an issue on your provider's side. Call them and ask what's up.
