None tracker will close invites system forever, that is a very idiot idea, of course the rules to get invites will be more and more restricted, but never close forever. Sonner or later all sites will give some how few invites, or please someone explain me ...... Whose gonna leech ? Whose gonna donate ?

Waffles is another place to fill the void created by Oink
Its been the most popular considering some of the Oink staff have recommended waffles and it said that they have some oink staff on their staff list
The place is booming right now but access has not been that easy
Cant comment too much about the tracker yet except FREELEECH till SAT
Right now all new users get 2 invites when they signup
I heard that you get one invite for every 1GB uploaded
