Everything in moderation is good, I would even go as far as saying the same applies to tobacco. There's properties in tobacco that can be quiet useful particularly if you're fat and stressed :P.
I've been eating and baking bread for while now and haven't had any side effects. I think the most serious side effect I've gotten was constipation. It was at my cousins 21st, now I think about it, it might of been all the lamb I ate though :unsure:
