I too am having difficulties getting the download button to show up. I attempted the above method of logging out/logging back in. Erased cookies in-between...nothing. Greetings all. I just recently posted above and I have to now say...my download buttons (create NZB) are back! I guess I spoke too soon. I think the above method of logging out/erasing cookies/logging back in did the trick. Thanks for the suggestions folks!:D
