I think this is my first post here. Why is DB level 1 and has been there for like 2 months?

Swebits should be in a higher level, the sign ups are not open there
same for docs.torrents.ro (?)

funny why swebits should go up they have open doors almost everyday..and this is the main reasone why sometracker are higher that others
