Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with Jasc programs. I use ImageReady, it's an excellent program.

I normally just use Photoshop to create the different frames I want and save them all in a folder. Then I open ImageReady > File > Open folder as frames.

Just post if any questions. :)

BTW for future ref on any1 trying this out u seem to need quicktime installed for it to work.
