I would much rather have someone bump then create a new spam thread - it harms no one to have a bumped thread. People enjoy responding to these threads as if they were just created. Even I responded.

I couldn't agree more.
I'm a new member of this tracker (my country being banned at this tracker until recently, I coundn't have an account) and I like it very much.
I like this tracker because beside speeds and pretimes, you can keep a decent ratio very easy, which is always a big plus in my book.
