but if you have large amount of ram/ and a good processor then go for the 07/08 release

Norton 2005, why are you using such an old app?

I would go for NOD32. I've heard that Kaspersky is more secure, and it eats up a lot of system resources, which NOD32 does not.

I used my Norton 360 about an year and works 120%.

Kaspersky is great for both novice and advanced users.

kaspersky or NOD32!
