Interesting topic for sure! I guess I'll have to take this in parts:

Hair: No more than 2-3 inches past shoulders
Eyebrows: Doesn't matter too much. Just no uni-brows
Legs: I can forgive you in the winter, but if it's a warm day out and your legs look like a yeti - please clean them up. =P
Arms: Doesn't matter to me
Private: I'd prefer trimmed. If anything is going on, i'd prefer it to be clean when i'm doing my thing.
