Someone who accepts the CR status is tacitly accepting what happens here. They may not agree with it whole heartedly, but they've accepted it, and any rules attached to the position.
If you want to do reviews of sites that don't accept it, then you can't expect any kind of bargaining power when they do something you don't like (such as banning all FST members).
We already know that MM is willing and capable of releasing details of people to protect the privacy of his site, and there's a whole army of people ready to spam up the place and make your life difficult as a mod.
Is it worth it?
Anyone that needs to know about TH can probably find out about it, and those who don't need to know are unlikely to be interested in the actual review, so what's the advantage of having it?
I wouldn't say that showing MM that you're not afraid of him is a valid reason to post a review. That can be done in other ways without involving your users or theirs.
