Banned or Restricted countries from Trackers (Archive)

I did not read all the topic but... Are you sure that Brazil got just a "part" ban from BitmeTV? Is there any brazilian here that can actually connect to the tracker?

i am pretty sure that there India is no ban in any of the tracker.......
