Love Thai and Chinese food... thank god theres loads of the Restaurants and Takeaways around here :D

My skillz around the kitchen are limited but I still think my beans on toast pwn all :D

I just had heinz spaghetti and cheese on toast.... :P

It is realy more of a challenge than you guys might think.

I've cooked for 28 years now, both professionally as at home, but i never use

recipe's.

I do intuitive cooking.

But i'll give it my best.
