yeahh.
brief history of my addiction :

got my first computer in 2000, discovered napster almost immediately, and it was peaking then anyways .. that was the gateway for my music d/l obsession .. winzip triggered a love-affair with warez (since waned - i mostly d/l just what I use, I don't really collect them like i used to) .. also played around briefly with 'hotline' ... before long I was hitting up the harder stuff, ftp's and irc ... messed around with ftp 'pubs' back in the day a bit .. and a few priv's too ... I've not experimented too much with all the various random p2p progs that have come and gone .. they're mostly like cheap crack, i think ...
my constant obsession file-wise is music. I deal in albums only, none of that single-track bullshit. I've a fair good-sized movie collection as well. (haha, should i be saying all this out loud?)
yeah, it's all backups, baby. :)

soulseek has been my #1 always-running prog for a while now, supplemented by occasional emule and bt.
decided to finally try DC yesterday, oh that is fun!
will buy some usenet access soon as I have a job.
but, i'm more of a sharer than a leecher. I think I just like to show off my sexy files ;)

oh, and i'm a chick.
