last night i had salmon with mayo, veg (brocolli n carrots), and a wee jacket potato :01:

now it is lunchtime, and i am having a baguel with cheese ( the orange one) and some apples and grapes in lemon juice (makes it tangy)

Just ate chips, beans and a cheese omlette at the cafe just down the road.
