That tracker doesn't allow most foreigners IP's. So it shouldn't be rating, simply as that.

Of course, for exemple in my country i have an excellent tracker, like for sure you guys on yours, with great pre time's and speeds, more than 150.000 regi's users!!! But who cares if i can't invite anybody because don't allow also foreigners IP's?
Don't make any sense rating that kind of tracker, but that's my opinion.

The tracker admins didn't want to have stats.
When another german tracker was confiscated by the police they removed them.
But they got about 12000 members.

I think TR must +1 bec its very hard to get one even if u offred TT
And i think Super torrents should deserve better than that due to very fast pretime (even faster than SCT) u can download there with full speed one only 2 seeds and i download any thing and seed it on sct when its just been uploaded
