BT Dedicated Server/Seedbox

Hi guys,i'm planning on getting a seedbox and i have a dilemma...the seedbox would be used mainly to buffer elektronik and tt accounts through rss. So,that means around 100 active,small torrents at any time . My dilemma is-is 512mb enough for that amount of torrents? Or should i go for the 1gb ram one?

I was thinking of getting a hosting-ie server,raptor5 or raptor1+ .

Also,Linux or win-can this systems handle win and that amount of torrents,in your opinion ? Does any 'seedbox' torrent client have an option to stop seeding a torrent after specific time,say 5 hours it seeds it,than stops...I'm an azureus user so i don't know much about other clients.

Noob as i am,any help is greatly appreciated. :)

Just have a doubt, hosting.ie is vps or dedicated ? the ppl who have servers there, can you talk about speeds,etc ?

there is really no safe country m8 just the company you will be doing buisness with .
