I think it's a decent site with potential. Speeds can be better, especially on older torrents. I'm guessing that they closed signups due to server issues - they had some downtime over the weekend.

It's still not any higher than level 2 at this point, but who can tell the future...

iplay open again i think it should be down to 2 or 2.5 like all other sites that was open sign up

x264 needs to be dropped to 2.5 because it's given away so often now.
