I think maybe it would depend on what site he was banned temporarily from.
Different sites, different reasons.
I assumed it was here, which says disabled privileges, not banned.
Maybe it was for his second post, bitching about having to wait 30 days before getting into the invite section.
Maybe it is because they figured that you have a history of using that hanony nick at other sites and thought this was your dupe account.. :whistling
