So everyone knows about oink if you are in to private trackers but I'm looking for other good Private music trackers. I belong to oink, filemp3 and zomb. oink is the only one I use and like. is their another one which you would rate as good or almost as good as oink with both mainstream music and hard to get bootlegs etc...?
I herd about trancetraffic, does that have alot of mainstream music or what?

TT has only electronic music, both mainstream and not so mainstream. Otherwise, STMusic is best new releases and oink for older ones.

What are some of the better trackers for indie music - old and new with music such as:

apples in stereo
tall dwarfs
menomena
band of horses
Deerhunter
bonnie prince billy/palace music etc?
I would like to join Oink - I think that is closest to what I'm looking for (I can't browse the torrents there so can only guess) but that's not an option. How about VIPmusic?

In my opinion, bittorrent is the last thing you should use for music. Use newsgroups or Soulseek.
Bittorrent trackers are all flooded the the same ol trance, elec, house, etc. If you're looking for something other than that, you'll be hard pressed to find it on trackers.
