Best speed TL, TS-Tracker or PT ?

what is the best tracker : TL or TS-Tracker or PT ? (on speed only dont care about rarty and pre-time)

SCT/FTN of those mentioned TL is fast if it's a popular torrent with lots of seeders.

from this list as you sayd i think the fastest is PT :D
