There's already a new build:
# Changes in 1.8 Build 11813:Fix: do not check routing for IPs when a proxy is in use
# Fix: replace backslashes in file paths for multifile URL seeding with forward slashes
# Fix: incorrect bencode key sorting on keys where one is a subset of the other

Re: µTorrent 1.8 Build 11758 Released!
There's a security issue with everything they've made. It's gotten so bad I wonder if it's even worth it to keep utorrent.
