So, do they open for sign up? Or do I still need an invite to be able sign up?
I believe you have to keep trying, ask someone to check periodically maybe they will make some free room.

you can ask for a Thevault invite on IRC: irc.theplace.bz, channel: #thevault-invites
This wont help, they closed irc invites. Suggestion just wait and in 2010 maybe they'll open signup.
So, I suppose TheVault currently doesn't have an invite system(?)
